Who we are
Frolic is an event discovery service for the Denver metro area, operated by Skylark Creations. Contact: hello@frolic.town.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, optional display name. Frolic uses passwordless magic-link sign-in, so we do not store passwords.
- Preferences: interests, search radius, saved addresses (optional), time-of-day and days-of-week availability. Used to personalize recommendations.
- Activity: saved events, search queries, and conversations with our AI Chat concierge.
- Billing: for Premium subscribers, a Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata. Payment card details are held by Stripe, not by Frolic.
- Usage analytics: page views, clicks, and feature usage via Amplitude. Pseudonymous device identifiers; no third-party advertising trackers.
- Error diagnostics: crash and error reports via Sentry in production. May include your user ID and the URL you were on.
How we use your information
- To personalize event recommendations, search, and chat responses.
- To deliver the weekly digest email to Premium subscribers.
- To send transactional emails (sign-in links, subscription confirmations, cancellations, billing notices).
- To improve Frolic by analyzing aggregate usage patterns.
- To respond to support inquiries.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and security issues.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
