Isabella Briganti: From Under the Armillaria at Bitfactory Gallery

About This Event

Bitfactory Gallery presents Isabella Briganti’s solo exhibition From Under the Armillaria, a series combining classic figure painting with abstraction, surrealist elements, and imagery inspired by natural phenomena. The work explores interpersonal relationships, societal networks, longing, betrayal, grief, comfort, and the blurred boundaries between individuals through human figures and fractal mycelial patterns. The exhibition was informed by volunteer models from a local dance company and mycological research gathered at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Attend the opening reception on Third Friday, September 18, visit during the October 2 First Friday Art Walk, or see the show during regular gallery hours through October 10.
