About This Event
Amy Redford, Rian Johnson, Dee Rees, Christine Vachon, and Eugene Hernandez share personal stories about the history, values, and founding ethos of the Sundance Film Festival. This one-night-only live event features formative films, memorable moments, behind-the-scenes tales, and archival treasures, setting the stage for Sundance’s Colorado debut in Boulder in January 2027. The program is presented by Sundance Institute and the Newman Center for the Performing Arts in partnership with the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts and Denver Film.
