About This Event
Join fellow members for a guided walking tour through downtown Denver’s streets, alleys, and hidden corners, exploring LGBTQ+ history from the 1880s to the present. Historian David Duffield of The Center on Colfax’s Colorado LGBTQ History Project will share stories of drag performers, queer gathering places, hotels, and alleyways that shaped the city’s LGBTQ+ community. The tour is presented with Historic Denver and the Lavender Hill Cultural District and concludes with an optional happy hour at Olive & Finch Union Station from 5:30 to 6:00 PM.
