About This Event

Join a physician-led community walk for a gentle, one-hour stroll that promotes physical activity and health. Meet at 10304 West Belleview Avenue in Littleton on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9:00–10:00 AM; the pace is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Expect an outdoor neighborhood route, friendly conversation, and opportunities to ask health-related questions from a medical professional. Dogs on leash are welcome and participants often include caregivers, families, and local walkers looking for a low-pressure fitness outing.
