A hands-on Birding 101 field program for middle and high school students led by Cheyenne Mountain Zoo educators. Participants will learn bird identification, practice using binoculars, and explore local habitat on a guided outing that begins at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art. Expect a small-group, educational atmosphere focused on field skills, natural history, and active outdoor learning. The program runs mid-morning and is geared toward teens interested in natural science and wildlife observation.
