About This Event

Learn the joyful Lindy Hop, a vintage swing dance born in Harlem alongside 1930s and ’40s jazz, during beginning and intermediate classes at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom. Beginning Lindy Hop starts at 6:00 p.m., intermediate class begins at 7:00 p.m., and the weekly Lindy Jam runs from 8:00 p.m. to midnight with DJs spinning hot vintage tracks. Dancers can attend the classes separately or join Denver’s long-running social swing dance for an evening of music, movement, and community.
