About This Event

Practice yoga inside Bierstadt Lagerhaus’s plant-filled indoor forest oasis, then stay for plant shopping and a cold beer or non-alcoholic drink. The event includes a guided forest-bathing meditation, an all-levels vinyasa flow, and a relaxed social hour after class. It’s a playful mix of movement, mindfulness, and community in one of RiNo’s most unexpected spaces.
