About This Event
DIVA is a major fashion and iconography exhibition organized by London’s Victoria and Albert Museum, presented exclusively in the United States at the Denver Art Museum. The exhibition explores the radical power, creativity and cultural impact of nearly 100 iconic performers, from Maria Callas and Marilyn Monroe to Cher, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, RuPaul, Prince and Tina Turner. Visitors can see more than 200 objects, including over 50 spectacular costumes and a look worn by Rihanna at the Met Gala, while discovering how performers use fashion and visibility to inspire social change.
