About This Event

ADHD, Task Initiation, and the First Tiny Step. This compassionate, ADHD-friendly workshop explores why starting tasks can feel so hard and helps make the “stuck place” visible through expressive arts reflection. Participants will identify emotional, mental, and practical barriers, then build a personalized start strategy with smaller, more accessible entry points. No art experience is needed, and the session is part of SwiftLyfe Coaching & Consulting’s Start Strong Summer series.
