The program includes a lecture and film screening by donnie l. betts, followed by food trucks, social time, live music from the Bob Schlesinger Quartet featuring Erica Brown, and spoken word poetry by Jeff Campbell. It’s a free, community-centered tribute blending jazz, history, and performance in a welcoming arts setting.
