The Denver Food + Wine Festival is a four-day culinary celebration at Auraria Campus — Tivoli Quad featuring top Colorado chefs, mixologists and wine experts. Attendees can enjoy gourmet tastings, free‑flowing wines, craft cocktails and curated seminars including the Shake + Brake Showdown, the Riedel Wine Glass Seminar, the Dine Out Auction, and the highly anticipated Grand Tasting with dishes from 50+ Colorado restaurants. The festival is produced by the Colorado Restaurant Foundation and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and supports culinary scholarships, workforce training and hardship assistance for hospitality workers.
