Savor the best of Colorado’s restaurant scene at the Denver Food + Wine Festival, a four-day celebration at Auraria Campus — Tivoli Quad. The event brings together top chefs, mixologists, and wine experts for gourmet tastings, free-flowing wines, craft cocktails, and curated seminars. Highlights include the Shake + Brake Showdown, the Riedel Wine Glass Seminar, the Dine Out Auction, and the Grand Tasting featuring 50+ Colorado restaurants. Hosted by the Colorado Restaurant Foundation and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the festival also supports culinary scholarships, workforce development training, and hardship assistance.
