Set in 1977 San Francisco, this world-premiere musical follows disabled activists who occupy a federal building for 25 days while demanding enforcement of landmark disability-rights legislation. Written by Abbie Goldberg with music by Mason McDowell, the production combines vibrant music and rich storytelling to explore resistance, identity, community and hope. Produced by Phamaly Theatre Company in partnership with the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, the approximately two-hour performance includes a 15-minute intermission and is recommended for ages 13 and older.
