About This Event

A member-only walking tour of Upper Downtown focusing on how office buildings are being converted to residential uses and what’s next for downtown public spaces. Participants will hear from project leaders responsible for office-to-residential conversions and get an insider perspective on redevelopment plans for Denver Pavilions. The tour concludes with a social moment—raising a glass in one of downtown’s newest public spaces—making it great for members interested in urban development and real estate trends.
