Step inside Meow Wolf Denver for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience that moves you through the elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether, inside an immersive, otherworldly landscape. Guided by Sara and accompanied by a live, atmospheric sound journey from Kai Rune, this class invites you to ground, flow, ignite, expand, and dissolve into spacious awareness. Expect a sensory-rich practice where movement, breath, light, and sound blend together to transport you beyond the ordinary and deeper into yourself. Doors open at 10:30 AM. Class starts at 11:00 AM. Community mingling with product tasting by Strongwater begins at 12:15 PM.
