Savor the best of Colorado’s restaurant scene at the Denver Food + Wine Festival, August 26 - 29, 2026. This four-day celebration brings together top chefs, mixologists, and wine experts for an unforgettable experience featuring gourmet tastings, free-flowing wines, craft cocktails, and curated seminars. Highlights include the Shake + Brake Showdown, where guests can taste and vote for their favorite food truck and cocktail; the Riedel Wine Glass Seminar, an immersive and educational wine tasting; the Dine Out Auction, featuring coveted culinary events; and the Grand Tasting, where attendees can savor dishes from 50+ Colorado restaurants while sipping wines, specialty cocktails, and spirits. Hosted by the Colorado Restaurant Foundation and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the festival supports hospitality industry programs including culinary scholarships, workforce development training, and hardship assistance.
