2nd Saturdays at CSU Spur

About This Event

Visit CSU Spur every 2nd Saturday of the month for free, family-friendly programming. This month's theme is Girls and Science in partnership with Girls, Inc. and CBS. Join from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and pick up a free animal-themed STEM activity box with science projects, features of local women in STEM, book recommendations, and more. Activities include cooking in the CSU Spur kitchen, watching veterinarians at work, observing horses assisting with human therapies, engaging with scientists at work, playing in the mock kitchen, mock vet clinic, and mock lab, getting hands dirty in the stream table, exploring virtual reality (ages 9+), and strolling through the rooftop greenhouse. Little Finch in the Hydro building has coffee and food for purchase.
