Free Guided Snowshoe Tour

About This Event

Explore the forests atop Vail Mountain on a guided snowshoe tour. Learn about winter ecology and animal adaptations while taking in sweeping alpine views. Snowshoes are provided; participants should come dressed for an hour outdoors. Ages 10+. A valid ski/lift ticket is required. Schedule includes multiple daily departures at 10:30–12:00 and 13:30–15:00 on select dates between March 26 and April 4, 2026. Note: While the tour itself is described as "free," all participants must have a valid ski or lift ticket to access the mountain.
