Family Day at the Opera is a day‑long open house at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House designed for families, first‑time visitors, and opera lovers of all ages. The day includes abridged performances of The Pirates of Penzance at 10:30 and Romeo & Juliet at 13:00, cast meet‑and‑greets, a props "petting zoo," on‑stage show‑and‑tell, and creative lobby activities throughout the day. Tickets are pay‑what‑you‑wish, including a $0 option, to keep the event accessible to the community.
