Women's Yoga + Talk Therapy Group: a 7 Week Experience

About This Event

Beginning Monday, April 6th through May 18th, you are invited to join from 5:15 pm to 7:15 pm for a 7-week experience of connecting with yourself and others, and forming a community of like-minded women. WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, water bottle; please dress in comfortable athletic wear, layers are best.
