Civic Center EATS is a recurring outdoor food truck event held in Denver’s Civic Center Park. Every Wednesday and Thursday from mid-May through mid-October, guests can enjoy lunch from a dozen or more food trucks featuring both emerging entrepreneurs and longtime local favorites. The 2025 season is divided into Spring, Summer, and Fall segments, each with its own rotating lineup of trucks offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. EATS supports Civic Center Conservancy’s work with diverse small businesses, youth workforce development, and environmental stewardship. 2025 season structure: - Operating days: Wednesdays & Thursdays - General season window: mid-May through mid-October 2025 - Spring: May 14 – June 26, 2025 (no EATS on 5/28, 5/29) - Summer: July 9 – August 28, 2025 (no EATS on 8/6, 8/7, 8/20, 8/21) - Fall: September 10 – October 16, 2025 The event takes place in Civic Center Park, right in the heart of Denver, and is positioned as “the best summer lunch in Denver.” Food options span wings, barbecue, tacos, burgers, empanadas, ice cream, coffee, international cuisines (Haitian, Chilean, Thai, Greek, Puerto Rican, etc.), and desserts. The event is outdoors, casual, and oriented to downtown workers, residents, and visitors. It is generally family-friendly and dog-friendly, as it is held in a public park during daytime hours. Civic Center EATS also features a “Grub for Good” component, where dining at the event supports Civic Center Conservancy programs, and EATS Gift Certificates that businesses and individuals can purchase in $10 and $20 denominations for use at any vendor during the 2025 season.
