Daryl Gott Imagination quartet features original new original material as well as some fresh arrangements on classic familiar standards. The members have played countless gigs together through the years and have a palpable joyfulness and trust that can only be found through the persistence and time they have dedicated to their crafts as individuals and in a group setting. Join us for an unforgettable night of fresh sound, rooted and inspired by the generations of great jazz musicians who have come before us! Daryl Gott is a Denver native having studied and lived in New York City for five years. He is a graduate of Denver School of the Arts, City College of New York and holds a masters degrees from CU Boulder. He has been playing full time for almost two decades holding weekly gigs at the Meadowlark and Herbs Hideout for much of that time. He has performed with notable musicians such as Dick Oatts, Sean Jones, Ernie Watts, John Lee, Obed Calvaire, Danny Goolieb among others.
