After a full renovation in 2024–2025 to restore accessibility, safety, and modern amenities, the building once again welcomes meetings, performances, community celebrations, and weddings. Insurance - Private events with 75 or fewer participants may qualify for an insurance waiver, but not if there is alcohol, the event is open to the public, has over 75 participants, features minors as performers or primary audience, includes black‑box performances with technical equipment, large equipment, risers or set pieces creating uneven flooring, rentals longer than a 2‑day series, or dancing. - If a waiver is not available, renters must provide a certificate of insurance naming the City as additional insured with minimum 1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate, or purchase coverage through the City’s CIRSA insurance. Payments & Deposits - 50% of total rental (including upgrades) is due at time of reservation; remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before the event. - All payments are non‑refundable; if the event is postponed, funds may be used as credit if rescheduled within 364 days of the original date. - Prep kitchen requires a separate cleaning deposit, refunded within two weeks if the facility is left clean and undamaged.
