Civic Center EATS is a recurring outdoor food truck event held in Denver's Civic Center Park. Every Wednesday and Thursday from mid-May through mid-October, visitors can enjoy lunch from a dozen or more food trucks, featuring emerging entrepreneurs and longtime favorites. The 2025 season is divided into Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions with rotating truck lineups. General overview: - Schedule: Every Wednesday and Thursday from May 14 through October 16, 2025 - No EATS on: May 28, May 29, August 6, August 7, August 20, August 21 - Format: Lunchtime food truck gathering with multiple vendors, vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free options clearly indicated for many trucks - Location: Civic Center Park in downtown Denver - Mission: When you have lunch at EATS, you support Civic Center Conservancy programs including diverse small business support, youth workforce development, and environmental stewardship & equity. 2025 Season Schedule: - Spring: May 14 – June 26 (Wednesdays & Thursdays, excluding 5/28 and 5/29) - Summer: July 9 – August 28 (Wednesdays & Thursdays, excluding 8/6, 8/7, 8/20, 8/21) - Fall: September 10 – October 16 (Wednesdays & Thursdays) Food truck lineups (examples): - Spring Wednesdays include trucks such as AFC Wings, Berliner Haus, Cazuelas, Cheese Love Grill, DIRT on the Road, Fritay Haitian Cuisine, Kary’s Creperie, Mile High Tikka Express, Peyote Mexican Food, Saucy Chops, Super Smash Burgers CO, Sweet Action, and Uptown & Humboldt. - Spring Thursdays include Astro Coffee Van, Bandwagon Sandwich Co, Ba-Nom-a-Nom, Big Belly Brothers BBQ, Cachai Chilean Food, Dude Bro Taco, El Cubanaso, Mukja, OG Burgers, Papa Friets, Picaera Puerto Rican Cuisine, Taco Bron, The Helping Hen, and Turkish Chef on Wheels. - Summer and Fall seasons feature overlapping and additional trucks such as Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs, Flavor of Tabasco, High Point Creamery, MISSISSIPPI BOY CATFISH AND RIBS, Momo Sushi On The Go, Nickel City Provisions, The Wandering Potato, Big Apple Bodega, Karun Cafe, KrazyCoconut Thai Street Food, Mama’s Empanadas, Mile High Smash Burgers, PEYOTE Mexican Food, The Balkan European, Churros El Bajon, El Tres Loras Food Truck, Guilty Pleasures Grub, The Farmer in the Hive, Afrocuisine, Pozzetti Gelato, and more.
