Civic Center Sparkles
About This Event
Civic Center SPARKLES is the Civic Center Conservancy’s horticulture volunteer program. Volunteers help maintain the park’s flower and produce beds so Civic Center Park stays green and beautiful. Through weekly care, community members contribute to a vibrant, accessible urban oasis in the heart of Denver. The 2025 volunteer season is officially wrapped, and garden volunteering opportunities have closed for the season. Community members and partner organizations such as Bank of America, Xcel Energy, Delta Dental, McWhinney, TA Instruments, Urban Villages, Brownstein, Visit Denver, EY, the Regional Air Quality Council, DaVita, CVS Health, UCHealth Ready. Set. CO., Liberty Global, PCL Construction, AHK, GCD, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado, Grow Local Colorado, LAZ Parking, and Denver Parks & Recreation participated in maintaining Civic Center Park. You can still support the park by donating or signing up for the newsletter to be notified when new volunteer opportunities are available.
