About This Event

FlyteCo Tower is an aviation-themed brewery and restaurant housed in the former Stapleton International Airport air traffic control tower in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood. The concept builds on FlyteCo Brewing’s original Tennyson Street location, incorporating aviation artifacts, runway-style floor markings mirroring Stapleton’s historic runways, murals of planes and the old airport, and temporary displays from Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. The venue currently occupies the first two floors of the former administration building at the base of the 164‑foot tower, with a large private event space planned for the third floor. FlyteCo Tower offers coffee and burritos for breakfast and a full menu for lunch and dinner, including items like pork tacos, fish and chips, burgers, pizza, and specialty appetizers such as Wonton Fried Pickles (wonton‑wrapped dill pickles with muenster cheese and sriracha ketchup). The bar serves FlyteCo’s beers brewed at the Tennyson location, plus wine and craft cocktails. A pilot brewing system on the first floor is planned for experimental and collaboration brews, including small‑batch beers brewed with local charities or organizations for fundraisers. The venue is designed as a community gathering place for aviation professionals and locals alike. FlyteCo donates 10% of profits to aviation scholarship programs and offers a 10% discount to anyone who works in aviation (pilots, flight attendants, baggage handlers, ramp crew, etc.). Family‑friendly entertainment includes 18 holes of mini golf, vintage arcade games, pool, darts, and six bowling lanes, aiming to provide activities for all ages. The tower itself serves as a highly visible neighborhood landmark and wayfinding point. Long‑term plans include opening the tower for guests to enjoy views and sunsets over the Rocky Mountains while having a beer or cocktail. An annual tradition for FlyteCo involves flying fresh hops in from Colorado’s Western Slope: hops are harvested, bagged, flown back to Denver, and added to the brew kettle within about three hours to create ultra‑fresh wet‑hopped beer. This listing describes an ongoing venue/experience rather than a single dated event. Hours, specific programming, and ticketed events may vary; check FlyteCo Tower’s official site or contact them directly for current details, reservations, private event bookings, and special events.
