
Civic Center EATS is a recurring outdoor food truck lunch series held in Denver’s Civic Center Park. Every Wednesday and Thursday from mid-May through mid-October, guests can enjoy lunch from a dozen or more rotating food trucks featuring emerging entrepreneurs and longtime favorites. The 2025 season is divided into Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions, each with its own roster of participating food trucks. The series highlights diverse small businesses and supports Civic Center Conservancy programs, including youth workforce development and environmental stewardship and equity.
