Whether you’re drawn to Día de los Muertos celebrations, contemporary exhibits or hands-on creative experiences, these First Fridays are your ticket to exploring Denver’s artistic soul. The 2025 participating art districts and creative neighborhoods (check back for updated 2026 details) include: • 40 West Arts District – Annual District Art Crawl and Día de los Muertos celebration with cultural exhibitions, altars, Aztec dancers, Indigenous and Latino/a/x artists, food trucks, hands-on crafts, and a free shuttle between the two sides of the district. FREE, all-ages, family-friendly. • Aurora Cultural Arts District – Diverse arts, cultural history, and a First Friday art walk featuring DAVA, The People's Building, breweries, small businesses and more. • Art District on Santa Fe – Steeped in Latino heritage, Santa Fe Drive comes alive with art lovers visiting galleries, studios, co-ops and street art everywhere. Includes the district's annual Día de Muertos celebration hosted by Museo de las Americas. • RiNo (River North) Arts District – Famous for street art and industrial revival, with art openings, live music and events at locations including RiNo ArtPark, an interdisciplinary arts center. • Tennyson Berkeley Association – First Friday stroll on Tennyson with artists on display, Modern Magic's "This Land is Our Land" 9-piece series at Ohana Yoga + Barre, and First Friday celebrations at Berkeley Untapped and Empourium Brewing Co. featuring local artists and live music.
