Every Monday, guests are invited to indulge in a selection of expertly crafted martinis at a reduced price at Done Deal, the upscale cocktail bar owned by Chef Troy Guard. The specialty martinis on offer include: • The Plaza: A concoction of Reyka Vodka and olive brine granita. • Vesper: A blend of Mile High Spirits gin, Reyka vodka, Lillet Blanc, and a housemade tincture. • The Zesty Dill: A mix of pickle‑infused Reyka vodka and Noilly Dry vermouth. • Espresso: A fusion of Tito’s, Galliano Espresso, and Hold Fast coffee. For those who find it hard to choose, there’s also the option of a flight of three mini martinis for just 21.
