Flagship is not your average film festival — it’s a gathering rooted in feminism, art, advocacy, and the belief that storytelling can move culture forward. Because equity doesn’t arrive on its own. Because art is one of the most powerful tools we have to disrupt the status quo. What began as a response to erasure has grown into a global platform for women, trans, genderqueer, Black, Indigenous, and multiracial filmmakers to claim space, challenge norms, and tell the stories that matter. No Man’s Land Film Festival proudly returns to Denver on March 7th, 2026, for its 11th Annual Flagship Festival, honoring the power of film as a force for resistance, remembrance, and reclamation. With over 25 films, live music, speakers, swag and more, we’re ready to kick off International Women’s Day weekend. Join us for eleven years of stories that refuse to be softened, sidelined, or silenced and witness what happens when women, trans, and genderqueer community take up space — and don’t ask for permission. Because representation still matters. Because community still matters. Because the work is far from done. Our Flagship Festival is bigger and bolder than our abbreviated screenings on the road. Since its inception in 2015, NMLFF has advocated for intersectionality in the outdoor adventure arena and increased visibility from athletes to audiences across the globe. While we hold firm to some mainstream elements, the stories we share embody a radical vision of hope and change — requiring an innovative format. Through the films presented, panel discussions, artist exhibits and performances, our 2026 lineup encourages a re-examination of how we manifest our personal culture within various communities.
